It says sold out

My speeds are slow

How it works
You see it at checkout
A surcharge, $0, or "sold out".
You report your county
Two minutes. No address, name or email.
We check every report
Odd amounts wait for a second report.
At 5 reports, numbers appear
Your county shows the typical amount and dates.
Where the surcharge shows up
- A separate line, one time. It isn't part of the monthly price.
- Set by your address and plan. Another plan, or another month, can show a different amount.
- Only here. The availability map doesn't show it. Read every line before you pay.
- Saw $0 or an amount? Add it to your county's record.
The record so far
The record started on Oct 5, 2026, so every county is still striped. Striped means "not enough reports yet". We never fill a county with guesses.
Pick your state
Each square is one state. Striped means no county there has 5 reports yet, so there's nothing to show. Tap a state to open its counties.

Add it to the record. It takes about two minutes. We ask for your county, never your address, name or email.
Common questions
What surcharge will I pay at my address?
Only your own checkout on starlink.com can tell you. It depends on your address, your plan and the day. Here you can see what people in your county saw, once at least 5 have reported. Look up your county.
Is my area sold out, and for how long?
Checkout tells you if your address is sold out. Starlink doesn't say how long waits last. Our sold-out log keeps the dates people saw it.
Is the data trustworthy?
It comes from people like you, so treat it as a guide, not a quote. We read every report before it counts, and every number shows how many reports it's based on and when. How we check.
Is my report private?
Yes. We ask for your county, never your address, name or email. We don't store your IP address with the report, and we share nothing with SpaceX. Details.
