Starlink Availability USA is an independent public record of Starlink demand surcharges, sold-out areas and real-world speeds by US county. It exists because Starlink shows the surcharge only at checkout, for one address at a time, and no public map or history of it existed.
Who runs it
The curator is a Starlink Residential customer in the US and curates this dataset. They read every report before it counts toward a published number. Their own speed log counts as one labeled contribution; everything else comes from anonymous reader reports and dated press reports.
